  1. Looking for a multivitamin, and leaning towards this one. Something for working out (ups driver always lifting and lowering and walking 5-10 miles a day) and also vitamins (for health). Do you prefer one over this? Looking for just one pill type vitamins not like 5 different kinds 3x a day.
