Eating for hormone balance, Vitamin D brain fog and fatigue
I started eating a more vegan based diet. So making a lot more effort towards eating fruits, vegetables, grains, oats and millet. I eat meat when its convenient, a little creamer in my coffee, and ice cream when I want it. I do supplement with pea protein shakes and whey protein bars and shakes. I try to keep processed foods to a minimum.
I still eat A LOT of food, including carbs, to avoid cravings, bad mood and fatigue.
