Morning:
-Probiotics – Probiotics take in the morning on an empty stomach.

-Iron – Iron is best absorbed in the morning on an empty stomach.
• Avoid caffeine, dairy and calcium several hours after taking iron.

-Multivitamins – Take multivitamins with your first meal. In the morning!
