Vitamin D Deficiency – How I felt physically and mentally
This video is about my recovery form vitamin d deficiency 🙂 I talk about how I felt over the course of 12 months. One thing I did forget to include was anxiety! I used to have it terribly and often- for about four years. Since supplementing with vitamin d anxiety quickly decreased and now I’ve only had it twice, very mildly, over the past three months. Sorry ’bout the angle and lighting! Don’t have the most time lately to have the proper camera set-up but I just wanted to get this video out there for people who I hope can benefit from it.
