We all know that Vitamins and minerals are two essential nutrients they perform hundreds of role in our every day living. We already know the names vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B+ and so on.
But few people understand why it’s important and what each vitamin does why we need to include it enough in our day to day diet.
Here’s a simple breakdown how they help us:
Without this vitamin we are blind, its help to maintain our eyes healthy, as well as overall growth and development, including memory, healthy teeth a healthy immune system, and cell growth and healthy skin.
You’ll find it in most orange foods including carrots, sweet potato, melons, winter squash, kale, collards, turnip greens, spinach etc.
Vitamins B play a vital role in maintaining good health, boost energy production, brain function, and cell metabolism. Especially important for women who are pregnant.

Vitamin C helps protection against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling, boost collagen levels which will support skin elasticity but it also works to strength blood vessels.
You’ll find it in everything from green and red peppers, kiwi, cantaloupe and strawberries and of course, oranges.
This vitamin plays a major role in the regulation of calcium and maintenance the level of phosphorus in blood, result stronger and healthier bones.
You’ll find it in eggs, fish, mushrooms, dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, cereals, cheese,
