Here is the recipe for the shake:
3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Other Milk Substitute)
1 Cup Kale (or Other Greens)
3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Green Tea
1 Banana
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Tablespoon (7g) Coconut Oil
1 Cup Ice

Calories in the WHOLE shake:
Calories: 511
Fat: 15g
Saturated Fat: 10g
Sodium: 418mg
Carbs: 48g
Fiber: 9g
Sugar: 19g
Protein: 46g

1. Make your Green Tea
2. Combine all of your ingredients into a blender
3. Blend everything together

Tips: Don’t forget that green tea has caffeine so this smoothie is gonna give you a nice BOOST!

If you find yourself feeling worn out, break free of those doldrums and give you back your pep.

Step 1: Get moving
Get moving with some quick exercises like jumping jacks or push-ups wherever you are. Bursts of activity will increase your heart rate and blood flow to your brain for a quick pick-me-up.

Step 2: Go for a quick walk
Take time to head for a quick 10-minute walk in the sunshine. The sights and sounds of nature can elevate your mood and the Vitamin D from sunlight can give you a boost of energy.

Consider purchasing specially designed desk lamps that simulate sunlight and boost mood and energy even during the grayest winter days.

Step 3: Motivate with music
Flip on some motivational music to get your heart rate up, your mind focused, and your enthusiasm for the day chugging.

Chow down on a healthy snack like nuts, which contain protein to dilate blood vessels and help with blood flow.

Lately I have been much more careful about what I eat in a day – I try to eat healthy, nutritious and tasty food. if you want to know what to eat and how to cook it this breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks video is perfect for you. The healthy food can be prepared in advance and in the morning you can just grab it and take it to school or work.

For the how to healthy breakfast ideas I show you 5 different options. All of these are super quick to make, very nutritious and healthy. Banana oatmeal cookies for example require just two ingredients, two ripe bananas and oats. If you want more taste, you can add some cinnamon, chocolate chips, dried fruits. When you are running late for school, you can just grab a couple of these delicious cookies and you are out the door. Another healthy breakfast or snack idea is a delicious granola bar. Just mix the nuts, seeds and dried fruits of your choice plus add some rice syrup and almond butter. I also popped in some dark chocolate chips. These granola bars are so quick to make, healthy and delicious. Great for a breakfast or a healthy snack. If you love fruits, a fruit salad in a jar is a great option for your healthy breakfast. Just cut your favorite fruits in pieces and put it in a jar. Awesome breakfast on the go! Ice cream for breakfast? Well almost 🙂 Take an ice cream cone and fill it up with fruit of your choice, put a large table spoon of yogurt on, and top it off with more fruit. You can eat this on the way to school or work.
