CS-Ep.26 – One Minute Video! How to make a delicious APPLE BANANA CARROT SMOOTHIE recipe!

This video shows you how to make a refreshing smoothie flavoured with the ABC’s of great tasting fruit and vegetables. This smoothie recipe is crazy delicious but it’s also super healthy and vegan too.

If there’s one smoothie recipe you need to try, THIS IS IT!

Here’s the recipe:
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 frozen bananas, peeled
1 apple, cored
1/4 C shredded unsweetened coconut
2 C almond milk
1 scoop organic whey protein powder

Add everything but the whey powder into your blender (we use our trusted Vitamix) and process on medium for about 30 seconds. Add the whey powder and process for an additional 60 seconds.

Pour into glasses and enjoy!

This raw vegan pineapple smoothie recipe is LOADED with B vitamins – terrific for turning food into energy! The bromelain found in the pineapple helps to reduce inflammation in your digestive tract.

The Ingredients:
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
– 1 banana
– 1 Tbsp wheat germ
– 2 tsp flax seeds
– 1 tsp Planet Hemp hemp oil

Blend all ingredients together on high.
Serves 2.
