On their own, lemons and garlic are incredible health promoting foods that can promote the health of our bodies many different ways. In fact, some even consider both lemons and garlic to be superfoods in their own right. When mixed together, the mixture becomes a nutritional and antioxidant powerhouse that can prevent disease and infections and treat unwanted body ailments.
