It is important that you check labels to determine if a product is right for you. Before starting any treatment at home consult a health care or skin care professional to determine if it’s right for you. In this video I am sharing 4 types of vitamin C and how you can choose a vitamin C to suit your individual skin. There are 3 concerns I will address: Acne, hyperpigmentation, overall aging (lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, tone, and pigment)….There is a vitamin C that is right for each of those! Choosing the right one can make the biggest difference to your skin!
I have searched for formulas that look good based on their ingredient deck. I HAVE NOT tried every one of these products so you may want to further investigate your options and look at reviews etc. After hours of searching I think I have found the best options for you to look in to. 🙂

5 Best Supplements For Clear Skin

My skin has become far less reactive the last few years due to some changes I’ve made to my skincare routine and my diet. Taking vitamins and minerals to supplement my diet where I’ve been deficient has helped lower inflammation and hormonal response noticeably. For a long time now, I’ve been seeking more holistic treatments rather than just treating symptoms or damage control. When my skin is reacting, it’s symptomatic of imbalance in my health. This video highlights the 5 supplements I believe have helped not just my physical well-being but have had a big impact on the inflammation in my skin. I will also explain why I avoid popular supplements like Evening Primrose Oil. Again, we are all built differently and this is what has helped me. All these supplements were recommended to me by a Dr. I suggest you get the approval of a medical professional before taking any supplement. Enjoy, my skinthusiast family!

Oh and I do take these vitamins daily but at different times as some require an empty stomach while others are better taken with food.

Serums & Ampoules | My Faves | Active Ingredients To Look For

I am always trying out new serums but seem to keep coming back to these ones!

I know that some of you are trying out dupes to the Ferulic and Phloretin serums from other brands that are less expensive. Please let me know what your experiences are as I would be curious to try and compare. In the meantime:

You can find SkinCeuticals at this link – Dermstore periodically and quite often run a 20% discount on this brand so look out for it!

Although it’s never too early for prevention and to start good skincare habits, you really don’t need serums this powerful in your early 20s if you don’t have problematic skin.
