Carrot Juice – 1 cup – Beta caratine and vitamin A
Berries – 1 cup – Antioxidents, Vitamin C
Kombu – to taste – Rich in Iodine
Kelp – to taste – Rich in Iodine
Avocado – 1 – High in essential fatty acids
Spinach – 1 cup – Chlorophyll, iodine, and iron
Cilantro -1 bunch – Rich in chlorophyll and iodine
Almonds – Small handful – Essential fatty acids, protein calcium, and magnesium.
