Proteins are essential nutrients for the human body. They are one of the building blocks of body tissue and can also serve as a fuel source. As a fuel, proteins provide as much energy density as carbohydrates: 4 kcal per gram; in contrast, lipids provide 9 kcal per gram.
Whey is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It is a byproduct of the manufacture of cheese or casein and has several commercial uses. Sweet whey is a byproduct produced during the manufacture of rennet types of hard cheese, like cheddar or Swiss cheese.

Creatine is an organic compound with the nominal formula CNCH₂CO₂H. This species exists in various modifications in solution. Creatine is found in vertebrates where it facilitates recycling of adenosine triphosphate, the energy currency of the cell, primarily in muscle and brain tissue.

Glutamine is an important amino acid with many functions in the body. It is a building block of protein and critical part of the immune system. What’s more, glutamine has a special role in intestinal health. Your body naturally produces this amino acid, and it is also found in many foods.

Pre-workout, or pre-workout supplement, is a bodybuilding supplement. It contains ingredients that are intended to give a sudden boost of energy. These supplements are over the counter and are used by mainly athletes to help aid in performance and recovery.[1] Pre-workout supplements contain ingredients such as, beta alanine, creatine, amino acids, and L- Citrulline, that aid in muscle recovery after a strenuous workout.[2] This boost is mainly supplied by caffeine.[2] Pre-workout can be beneficial for performing strenuous exercises.[3] Many supplement brands advertise products containing ingredients that are not proven safe or have a scientifically proven benefit. Some of the supplements being advertised can have little to no benefits and can cause unwanted side effects.[4]

1:56 Summary—is black pepper healthy?

In this video, I want to talk to you about black pepper. Is it good, or is it bad? The truth is, there’s something very good and very bad about black pepper. Let me explain.

The main phytonutrient in black pepper that benefits your health is called piperine.

Pepper can:
• Relieve stomach aches
• Improves dopamine and serotonin levels
• Reduce inflammation
• Provide vitamin K, iron, and magnesium
• Improves bioavailability of some compounds (by up to 2000%)

By far, the most amazing part of black pepper is its ability to increase the bioavailability of other compounds, including:
• Curcumin
• Selenium
• B12
• B6
• Vitamin A

The problem is that piperine can also increase the bioavailability of toxic substances. It can prevent your liver from getting rid of toxins in the body, so you will retain it.

It’s not good if you’re taking certain medications, including:
• Lithium
• Tegretol
• Rifampin
• Dilantin
• Viramune XR

NiP Energy Dip Helps Men Break Free from Smokeless Tobacco Addiction

Lee Lewis’ seven-year-old daughter begged him to stop harming his body with such a “disgusting” habit. This inspired Lewis to invent NiP Energy Dip, a safe and healthy alternative to smokeless tobacco, a $4.5 billion industry.

NiP Energy Dip is a natural product that helps users break free from the grip of tobacco while increasing their energy levels, similar to the effects of popular energy drinks, a $9 billion industry that’s growing at 12 percent annually.

NiP Energy Dip’s innovative, patent-pending, delivery system is made of natural sea sponge harvested in the Gulf of Mexico. NiP Energy Dip is tobacco-free, nicotine-free and spit-free. Just a “pinch” of NiP gives consumers a boost of energy, fresh breath and great-tasting oral satisfaction. NiP Energy Dip dispenses a refreshing wintergreen mint flavor, fortified with B vitamins, amino acid and caffeine. The energy blast of Vitamin B-12 and caffeine helps offset the nicotine “buzz” tobacco users crave, and NiP is safe to swallow. It contains no sugar, carbohydrates or calories.

See vegan diets are for everyone. They are like sex…if it is not feeling good then you are doing it wrong!
Here’s why you feel like sh* t on a vegan diet and what you can do about it. Here are the 5 most common vegan diet mistakes:

So when you’re in the adjustment period of veganism, I’d say the first 14 days, the first 30 days or even the first 3 months, your emotions can go havoc. Your body is changing his trillions of bacteria in your gut because of your higher fiber intake and your tastebuds adjust.

1. Realize that the adjustment period is not all sunshine and rainbows.

In fact realize that veganism is not all sunshine and rainbows.

‘The Game Changers’ was 99% correct, but realize that it’s still a movie. There is still some sort of sensationalism going on. You will not p*ss rainbows and you will not sh*t gold after following a vegan diet.

2. Veganism will make you feel good, but it will not make you feel like a demi-god.

The next point can be absolutely detrimental as it messed up your brain and your red blood cells. It can lead to permanent neurological damage:

3. Not supplementing with vitamin B12

That vitamin was originally found in microorganism in the soil and in water, but because our water supply is sanitized, we don’t get those good boys anymore in our diet.

Vitamin B12 supplementation is not natural I know. But modern problems require modern solutions.

We also don’t get cholera, which is a good thing.

4. Insufficient calories

The fourth reason why you might feel like sh*t is because you do not eat enough calories.

See plants have a smaller caloric content as animal foods. Meaning they have a smaller energy density.

This is actually a good thing. See we tend to eat a fixed amount of weight and volume a single day.

And the less energy dense a food is, the more likely it is that we’re going to lose weight.

More people struggle from having too much weight, than too little. Two thirds of the US population are overweight and one third of the US population are obese.

However – if you want to maintain your body weight or even build muscle, you have to get your caloric intake under control. You have to eat more calories than your body need.
Solution: 1. You simply head over to, put in your height and weight. And you log everything that you’re eating for one single day.

Do you hit all your calories? Great. You don’t? Here’s the reason you likely feel tired.

5. Bonus: Soy allergy

See about 1 in 200 people are allergic to soybeans. The prevalence is about 0.5%.

This puts soy in the top 8 of the food allergies in the US. The most common ones are eggs and milk, affecting about 2% of the population. So one in 50.

While the majority of our soy production goes into the production of animals for food, eating soy itself gives you a higher concentration of the potential allergy-inducing compound.
Which means: Cut out your soy products for one week. Do you feel a difference? Do you feel more energetic?

You likely have an undiagnosed, low level soy allergy.
Conclusion: 5 reasons you feel like sh*t on a vegan diet
Let’s say you have a dog or a cat and you’re looking for food of your pets. When your shopping for dog food are the categories of products like: ‘Individual dog number 1’ pet food for huskies only. Or for pit bulls only. Or for sausage dogs.

No, unless they target absolute dog owner newbies. You just see wet and dry ‘dog food’. You just see dog food.

Why? Because dogs are quite similar to each other. The genetic variations between breeds is about 27.5 percent.
When the genetic variation of humans is only 5.4 percent. Do we just don’t give a f*ck and feed them all the same thing? No, we do it because it works.

Look, we humans only have a very slight genetic difference to each other. As there’s dog food for dogs, there is human food for humans.

Regarding our current evidence this is a plant-based diet. If you feel like sh*t, you’re doing something wrong.
